Dr. Amie Marsh, MS, OD, FAAO, incorporates the latest medical innovations to address a wide range of vision and eye health concerns. With a strong passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Marsh is dedicated to providing the highest level of clinical service.
She earned her Master's in Vision Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at the UAB School of Optometry. As a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Marsh is committed to staying at the forefront of the latest diagnostic and treatment advancements in the field.
With her extensive residency training in ocular disease, Dr. Marsh employs advanced methods to diagnose and treat even the most complex conditions. She is skilled in improving vision for patients with chronic conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal disorders. Her clinical interests include contact lens fittings and treatment of patients with ocular surface disease and irregular corneas, including severe dry eyes, keratoconus, and corneal scarring.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Marsh serves in the Air National Guard, providing eye care to airmen. Her favorite way to unwind is fishing with her husband of 20 years, Jamie. After they married, Jamie began his career at Honda in Lincoln, Alabama, where they now call home.
